Sound Bath on 24th June 2026 at Belbroughton Church Hall

Join me for a deeply relaxing sound bath. Let the vibrations of the crystal singing bowls calm your mind, ease tension and restore balance.

To ensure you have the most comfortable and relaxing experience, please bring a yoga mat or camping mat, along with a pillow for your head and a bolster or additional pillow to place under your knees for extra support.

Your comfort is important, and as everyone has different needs, I encourage you to bring any additional items that will help you feel relaxed and at ease throughout the session, such as a blanket or extra cushions.

If you have any mobility concerns or find it difficult to lie on the floor for an extended period, you are very welcome to bring an anti-gravity or reclining camping chair if this would make your experience more comfortable.
