About Me
Hello, my name is Jules, and I am a holistic practitioner offering Reiki, crystal healing, sound therapy, and hypnosis. My work is guided by a deep belief in the body’s natural ability to heal when given the right space, support, and energy.
My journey into holistic healing began after a profound life experience in 2017, when I became critically ill with sepsis and had a near-death experience. During my recovery, I was blessed to receive Reiki from a wonderful Reiki master whose compassion and healing presence opened my eyes to the powerful world of energy healing.
Since then, I have been studying and working with a variety of healing modalities including Reiki, meditation, crystal healing, sound therapy, and hypnosis. Each of these approaches works in its own unique way to help restore balance within the mind, body, and spirit.
My path has also been shaped by my own personal healing journey. For many years I struggled with crippling anxiety and panic attacks, often feeling like only a shadow of the person I once was. Through meditation, energy healing, and holistic practices, I gradually began to rebuild a sense of calm, strength, and inner peace.
