In 2017 I was seriously ill with sepsis and pneumonia.  I had a near death experience and it took a while for me to gain strength and become well again.  A family member brought crystals into my hospital room during my illness and that was the beginning of my healing journey. ​From being the shell of a person that I used to be after my illness, to now my mind and spirit becoming stronger than it has ever been.  This was with thanks to the love and support from my family at the time and taking each day and one step at a time. ​​During my recovery I received amazing therapy from some of the most kind hearted, professional holistic therapists. This stirred a thirst for knowledge as it invoked a positive shift in mindset, energy and healing on a level I had never experienced. 

And I used to be one of the biggest cynics!
